HOW WILL PEOPLE FIND OUT ABOUT THE APP ONCE MY HOSPITAL SIGNS UP?
The app features a free "turn-key-marketing" program that includes emails (that we send) to each of your target physicians. Throughout our partnership, we continue to encourage use of the app through regular (but not intrusive) emails.

- HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK, IF I DECIDE TO WORK WITH DIRECTLINEMD?
It’s easy. First, send us your directory (via picture, document or fax). Then, we’ll publish your unique app and post it in the Apple App Store or Google Play. The physicians within your institution receive a secure code to access your customized app.
HOW DO I SEND A DIRECTORY TO DIRECTLINEMD ONCE I SIGN UP?
We are flexible: Take a picture, send a word document or fax us the information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR HOSPITAL NUMBERS CHANGE HOSPITAL ONCE THE DIRECTORY IS UPLOADED?
No problem. The app has a feature for reporting new and changed numbers. The new information is updated in the app and propagated to all users within 24 hours.
IS THE DATA I SUBMIT SECURE?
Absolutely. The data is stored within a secure server and the numbers within the app are only accessible to users who have an access code.
